Registration and fees

Fees

  • Early bird: 425 EUR (547 EUR including 25% VAT, and admin fees). Available until August 31st, 2026.
  • Regular: 500 EUR (641 EUR including 25% VAT, and admin fees).
  • Student: 350 EUR (453 EUR including 25% VAT, and admin fees).
  • IRISS Standard and Extended member: 400 EUR (516 EUR including 25% VAT, and admin fees). Upgrade your IRISS membership for a reduced fee. Register here and get the code External link, opens in new window.
  • Late Registration: 600 EUR (766 EUR including 25% VAT, and admin fees). Applies from October 19th, 2026.

The conference dinner on November 10th is available for an additional fee and can be purchased during the registration process.
